Please let the nurse know of any health concerns or issues which may affect your child during the school day. The nurse will develop a plan of care to meet your child's needs. Continue to notify the nurse of any changes in your child's health as a result of injury or illness at anytime throughout the school year.
Please notify the nurse if your child has a fever greater than 100.4. Your child should stay home until they are fever free for 24 hours without any fever reducing medication (such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen).
